Admissions – FULL DAY PROGRAM 

The Saint Ambrose of Woodbury Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) will enroll children in the full-day program based on the following guidelines: 

As part of our parish mission of outreach to the broader community, twenty percent of the full-day spots will be filled with low-income families who qualify for MFIP childcare subsidy.

Siblings of children currently enrolled in the full-day program of the Early Childhood Education Center with priority given to Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parishioners based on their date of registration in the parish.

Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parishioners based on the date their application is received by the Early Childhood Education Center. If a family joins the parish after their ECEC application date, their date of registration in the parish will be used.

All other families who are not members of Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parish, based on the date their application is received by the Early Childhood Education Center.
 

Waiting List – FULL DAY PROGRAM

When a class is full a waiting list will be developed based on the following guidelines: 

*Low-income families who qualify for MFIP childcare subsidy will have priority not to exceed 20% of our total full-day enrollment.

*Siblings of children currently enrolled in the full day program of the Early Childhood Education Center with priority based on:
Family date of registration in Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parish
Call date for non-parish families

*Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parishioners based on the date their application is received by the Early Childhood Education Center. If a family joins the parish after their ECEC application date, their date of registration in the parish will be used.*

*All other families who are not members of Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parish, based on the date their application is received by the Early Childhood Education Center.*
 

*All names on the parish list will be contacted before spaces are offered to families on the non-parish list.
 

The Saint Ambrose of Woodbury Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) will enroll children in the half-day program based on the following guidelines:

Current Student Registration and Class Placement
Students currently enrolled in the Saint Ambrose of Woodbury half-day program will be able to register in December for the next school year. At this time current families will also be able to register siblings into the half-day program.

Class placement will be determined as follows:

*Siblings of children currently enrolled in the half-day program.

*Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parish members based on the family’s date of registration in the parish.

*Non-parish members based on class availability.
 

New Student Registration and Class Placement
New family registration for the next school year into the Saint Ambrose of Woodbury half-day program of the Early Childhood Education Center will be held in January. Admissions and class placement will be determined as follows:

All new families will have a one-week window in which to register for the half-day program. Applications will be processed at the end of the one-week registration period with available class spaces being filled using the following criteria:

*Saint Ambrose of Woodbury parish members based on their date of registration in the parish.

*Non-parish members based on a first come, first served basis.

*New families registering after the one-week window will fill spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
